Al-Arafah opens 190th branch at Lichubagan, Chattogram
Al-Arafah Islami Bank Limited has opened 190th branch at Lichubagan, Rangunia of Chattogram, on Sunday (27 June). Managing Director and CEO Farman R Chowdhury virtually inaugurated the new branch as Chief Guest. Chattogram Zonal Head and Senior Executive Vice President Mohammad Azam presided over the ceremony.
Deputy Manging Directors S M Jaffar, Shabbir Ahmed, Md. Shafiqur Rahman, Syed Masodul Bari, Md. Mahmudur Rahman, Mohammed Nadim, Abed Ahmed Khan, Md. Abdullah Al Mamun, Senior Executive Vice President Kazi Mahmood Karim, Md. Mujibul Quader, Akter Kamal, Director General of AIBTRI Md. Abdul Awwal Sarker and Senior Executives of the Bank participated in the occasion.
Md. Harun Aur Rashid President of Lichu Bagan Business Association, Abdul Monaf Sikder Former Chairman of Rangunia Upazila Parishad, Md. Rafiq proprietor of Macca Traders, Idris Azgar Chairman of Chandraghona Union Parishad, Jigarul Islam Jigar General Secretary of Rangunia Press Club, Ariful Islam Chowdhury Chairman of Rangunia Co operative Society were also participated in the event.
The ceremony was conducted by Senior Executive Vice President Engr. Md. Habib Ullah. A large number of local people and well-wishers were present in the inauguration ceremony. New branch manager Abdul Hannan thanked the audience.
