DBBL holds Managers’ Conference-2025 

The Managers’ Conference-2025 of Dutch-Bangla Bank was held on 25 & 26 January 2025 in Dhaka to review the Bank’s overall performance for the year 2024 and discuss the business plan and strategy for achieving targets for the year 2025. 

The Conference was presided over by Mr. Abul Kashem Md. Shirin, Managing Director & CEO of the bank. Branch Managers from 242 branches of the bank attended the conference. The Deputy Managing Directors, CXO, Divisional Heads, Custer Heads and senior executives of Head Office of the bank also attended the conference. 

In his address, the Managing Director critically analyzed the strategies for achieving business target in 2024. He congratulated the branch Managers and their team for achieving their respective targets in 2024. He also expected that the Managers who were unable to achieve the respective targets in 2024, will make all out efforts to achieve the targets set for the year 2025.

He emphasized increasing the bank’s business by leveraging the largest On-line banking platform- Fast Tracks, CRM, ATM, Rocket, Agent Banking networks, POS terminals, QR Code and NexusPay during the year 2025. He also directed the branch Managers to improve the standard of customer service.

Managers also expressed their opportunities, prospects and commitment to achieving the budgetary targets for the year 2025.
